STNC Land Use Committee Meeting Moved to January 10

 Join the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee at 7:00pm  on Monday, January 10, 2022 for a presentation on: 7577 Foothill Blvd at Plainview Ave. Tujunga, The Old Denny’s restaurant site. The site has been vacant for many years, ever since the Denny's closed and the building was demolished in 2019.

The proper has been owned by Varoujan Keosseian, who formed 7577, LLC in 2015 to handle the future of the lot. It is this LLC that has filed the the information below:

An application has been submitted to the Los Angeles City Planning Department to construct a 46 unit, 42-foot tall Multi-Family apartment building. It would be located in the Foothill Blvd. Corridor Specific Plan (SP) and zoned C2-1, CR-1VL, & RD2-1, and would include 92 vehicle parking spaces.
